REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At The Ananse Stroke Foundation Corp., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The following policy applies to eligible merchandise purchased from us.

1. 14-Day Return Period

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

In its original condition
Unused and unworn
Returned with all original tags attached
Returned with any original packaging, when applicable

Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Starting a Return

Please include your name, order information, and the item you would like to return.

Returns should not be sent until return instructions have been provided.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by The Ananse Stroke Foundation Corp. or the merchandise arrived damaged or defective.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly at Learn@anansestrokefoundation.org so we can review the issue and make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for health, hygiene, customization, or other reasons. Any item that is final sale or non-returnable will be identified as such when applicable.

6. Donations

This 14-day merchandise return policy does not apply to charitable donations.

Donations are generally non-refundable, except in circumstances such as an accidental, duplicate, or unauthorized transaction, or where otherwise required by law.
